Working with hosts through Alpy.
Alpy helps property managers across the French Alps run their rentals. When they book cleaning, linen, transfers, or lift passes, requests are sent to partners through Alpy. Here’s how working with Alpy works!
What Alpy does for a partner.
A partner has its own Alpy account, separate from the hosts’. The account is for running the work, not for selling it.
Hosts are matched to you on distance and price
You set a base address and a radius. Hosts whose properties fall inside it can book you. If several partners cover the same property, the match is a calculation of distance and price: how close you are to the property and what you charge.
You set your own prices
Every good or service you supply has a price you enter yourself. A host sees your price when ordering.
Every order arrives with the details
An order comes with the property, the dates, the quantities and the host’s notes - and, when the work is done inside the property, the access details it needs. It is on your dashboard as soon as the host books. You should not need to call the host for anything routine.
A dashboard for the company, logins for the team
The company account sees every order and plans the work. Each team member logs in separately and sees the orders assigned to them. You decide which sections each team member can open.
How an order runs, from your side.
The order appears on your dashboard with everything filled in. There is no quote step: a host who is matched to you books you directly.
The amount is calculated from your price list and the host sees it. A good or service you have not priced shows “price missing” on the order instead of a guessed figure.
You plan the work with your team from the dashboard, and mark the order done when it is.
Alpy keeps the amount on the order, for you and for the host. You bill the host as you do now.
What it costs, and what is expected.
No fee to join, no per-order fee today
Alpy records the amount of each order at your prices. It does not invoice the host for you, take a percentage, or hold funds - you bill the host as you do now. There is no charge to a partner for the account.
What hosts will count on
Keep your prices current, so what a host sees is what you will charge. Mark orders done when they are. Treat access codes and guest details as confidential - they are on the order because the work needs them.
Where this works today
Alpy is built for the French Alps and its hosts today are mostly in the 3 Vallées. If your area has no Alpy hosts yet, you can still join: your account is ready when the first host in your radius signs up, and we will tell you honestly if that is likely to take a while.
What you see, what you do not
You see the orders booked with you, the properties they are on and what the work needs: dates, quantities, access details when the work is inside the property, and the guest’s name and contact when you deliver to the guest. You do not see a host’s other partners, their other bookings or their finances. Hosts see your prices, not your other clients.
Local by design.
You serve the properties around you.
Every partner has a base and a radius; hosts inside it are matched to you; when several partners overlap, distance and price decide. You are not sent across the valley, and nobody from across the valley is sent to your doorstep. You can widen or narrow the radius yourself at any time.
Applying takes a few minutes.
Tell us what you supply, where you are based and how far you travel. We reply within 2 business days, set up your company account and walk your team through it on a call; you enter your prices and your radius. From then on the hosts inside your radius can book you.
