How the meter counts.
Per listing, per day. A listing that is off costs nothing - the low season, a renovation, an apartment you sold.
Turn a listing on
A listing counts from the day you set it Active in its Settings. New listings start inactive, so an import never bills you by surprise.
Billed on the 1st
Each month you are charged on the 1st for the active listings that month. Activate one on the 10th and you pay from the 10th.
Stop whenever you like
Turn a listing off on the 21st and you pay 21 days of 30 - the rest is credited back. Turn every listing off and you pay nothing.
Turn a listing on mid-month and you pay from that day. Turn it off on the 21st and you pay 21 days of 30 - the rest is credited back to you.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Alpy is a service you use by the day. There is no contract, no minimum term and no notice period.
What happens in the low season?
Turn the listings off and the meter stops the same day. Your calendars, guests and history stay in place, ready for when you switch them back on.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. The price is per listing per day, whatever the listing earns. No per-booking commission, no per-channel add-on.
What about a listing I sold or stopped renting?
Turn it off - it stops counting that day. Delete it later if you want; nothing else changes.
Are there any other fees?
None. No setup, no onboarding, no cancellation fee. Card and channel fees charged by the channels or your payment provider are theirs, not ours, and never pass through Alpy.
How do I pay?
By card, through a secure checkout, once you have your first listing active. Every invoice is one line: listings times days.
