Data deletion instructions

You can have personal data held by Alpy deleted in any of the ways below. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by email; backups expire on their own within a further 30 days.

If you are an account holder or team member

• Disconnect WhatsApp: Integrations → Message senders → WhatsApp → Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token immediately; existing conversations stay in your inbox until you delete them or the account. You can also remove Alpy’s access from Meta Business Manager (Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps), which has the same effect on our side.
• Delete conversations: archive or delete threads in the Inbox.
• Delete a user: account owners remove team members under Account → Users.
• Delete the whole account: email yam@alpyai.com from the account owner’s address with the subject “Alpy account deletion”. We confirm, export on request, then delete all account data - properties, reservations, conversations, users and credentials - except invoices we must keep for accounting law.

If you are a guest

The business you booked with controls your booking and message data; ask them first, or write to yam@alpyai.com with the phone number or email you used and the business name. We will delete your conversations and personal details from Alpy and inform the business, within 30 days.

If you arrived here from Meta / WhatsApp

Meta requires this page for apps that access WhatsApp Business data. Alpy (Meta app “Alpy”; Alpy is the commercial name of NEXPA SERVICES) stores, for each connected business, the WhatsApp conversations of that business and an encrypted access token. To delete them: disconnect in Alpy or remove the app in Meta Business Manager, or email yam@alpyai.com. We do not keep WhatsApp data for any purpose other than showing the business its own conversations.
